Behind the Scenes: Training a Style-Consistent LoRA for Fashion

How we achieved 99% fabric texture accuracy for a luxury fashion house using custom Stable Diffusion training on just 40 source images.

The Challenge

When [Luxury Brand X] approached us, they had a specific problem: generic AI models couldn't capture the intricate weave of their signature tweed fabric. Standard models would hallucinate textures that looked okay from a distance but failed under scrutiny.

We needed a custom solution.

The Dataset

We curated a dataset of just 40 high-resolution images, focusing on macro shots of the fabric under different lighting conditions. Quality over quantity was the key.

Our automated tagging pipeline in action.

3D Asset Integration

To ensure the fabric draped correctly on virtual models, we also scanned physical garments to create reference 3D assets.

The Result

The final LoRA was lightweight (144MB) but packed a punch. It could be plugged into any standard workflow, allowing the creative team to generate hundreds of campaign concepts in hours.
